No. I do not think the story is duck tales.
He's math is probably a 100%, since he was so close to what was going on. And I don't doubt anything he says.
But he leaves out one important fact, Dame could have had Roc-a-Fella Records for the masters to Reasonable Doubt.
I think that is an important part of the story that is missing.

How? By having blind faith in dame? But he wised up and left with money they built dame mismanaged the money but jay is the snake right? What kills me dame never admits to any wrong doing and that's why he is where he is at.
Or maybe he should of stayed out Of the lime light and continue to do his thing ...

Dame is a guy who is a hustler. He hustles to get money and he hustles people to make his point of view profitable. Therefore, he will always be right and on the other side of the spectrum, he will always be full of shyt to some degree. Dame is clearly bitter about the way everything turned out. He lost a substantial amount of power, wealth, status and credibility over the span of a decade.
I agree with Dame about being your own boss, but I disagree with him belittling people who work for a living. Everybody cannot be a boss because everybody isn't equipped with the mental capability to delegate operations and maintain a company. Some people are better suited to work and others are better suited to lead. Everyone must play their role and stay in their lane until the right time to make the move is at hand.
I didn't listen to the interview....I'm not going to listen to another man speak on Damon Dash for an hour in 2015. There's nothing relevant about Dame in 2015. What he did with Rocafella is legendary but that's in the past. He's only in the news for contreversy, begging, pandering and slandering in one form or another. There have been times when he drops gems, but these are gems i've been putting into practice and are apart of my life so i don't need a nikka who had it, telling me how to get it..
