Breh, you're in a caloric deficit that's why you're losing weight. Eating 76% fat in your daily diet for years won't end well. Sodium levels and cholesterol will skyrocket.

Breh think about it, bacon eggs and cheese being pushed as health foods. Steaks and beef daily. The human body has a hard time breaking down red meat, well honestly meat in general.

Listen just intermittent fast, add more veggies and fruits in your diet. You will be 100% more healthy than on keto.

New York strip Asparagus , avocado and water.

Scarsdale Medical Diet is an awesome diet that gets the body into ketosis. I used to always be in awe looking at the strips, lol. Felt full & satiated too while on it....
