Breh, you're in a caloric deficit that's why you're losing weight. Eating 76% fat in your daily diet for years won't end well. Sodium levels and cholesterol will skyrocket.

Breh think about it, bacon eggs and cheese being pushed as health foods. Steaks and beef daily. The human body has a hard time breaking down red meat, well honestly meat in general.

Listen just intermittent fast, add more veggies and fruits in your diet. You will be 100% more healthy than on keto.


I'm cycle off this after about 7-8 weeks. I'm about 2 weeks in now.

Nice diet for when you want to get cut and get down to like 7- 10% body fat range
Its kinda hard to do but if you spend a lot of your time working out those missed meals and snacks will just stop mattering

Ketosis
You cut carbs and sugars from your diet. You eat a shyt ton of fatty foods and proteins. After about two days your body uses up it's natural glucose(sugar,carb) energy sources and metabolizes fat instead. You burn fat off your body at ridiculous rate. Major side affects are bad breath and lower energy until you real get into it. Ketosis is burning ketones (fat) for energy. Technically your body thinks your starving.

No carb diet. Ketosis is basicay having your body use your fat reserves as fuel/energy instead of the easy simple sugars (carbs). If you strictly adhere to it and workout you can lose a lot of weight in a short amount time. 10-15 lbs a week

basically. I'm happy someone took the time to explain it somewhat because you got people in here think all they need to do is eat bacon to be on this diet. I actually did this to my body for 4-5 months a few years ago. it's the reason why I went from 220 to 180 in half a year. that and just eating basic. Stir fry chicken and rice with veggies, or chicken salad. Ketosis just refers to the point you mentioned, and you achieve it thru periods of fasting

This thread really could have been more informative. If you plan to do this, you have to be careful about it too. It worked for me because I was well over weight but someone not so heavy might overdo it. as far as it being nutritional, it's not really so you have to be careful
