Idk how you guys state that you lift and workout so much but eat like a cac victoria secret model.:patrice:

I lift a good 5x a week with cardio and eat 3-4 meals + snacks and drop weight easily :patrice: and if I dont eat enough I get irritable and weak



It's called cycling

Last night's dinner

3 egg cheese omelet cooked olive oil and butter
Okra cooked in butter
1 and 1/4 pork chops


Tonight

Beanless chili smothered in cheese and sour cream
Kale salad with 1/2 avocado and blue cheese dressing.
