Did that low carb bs for some months and dropped weight but was weak in the gym verdict is that im good on that shyt:martin:.

Unless you count doing some walking or hiit cardio as a workout instead of lifting heavy ass weights you can do that shyt. This shyt isnt a sustainable way to go about but most of you brehs in here are probably 30+ so yall metbaolism :flabbynsick:

I’ll continue to bulk by eating my 2-4 cups of rice, veggies, and proteins.

I know yall a$$holes on fire too since yall have no carbs get hemroids brehs:ufdup:

I used to do keto religiously. But quit this last year. Muscles look drained on keto. Might jump back for 2 or 3 months then get back to a healthy carb diet.

How did you look drained ?

I don't know how to explain it breh maybe somebody else can. If you do a refeed meal like you on keto 2 weeks, then Friday night you do your cheat meal. You eat a a triple cheese burger chilli cheese fries and a milkshake. As your last meal. Wake up next day and you see your muscles filled out.
