Breh, you're in a caloric deficit that's why you're losing weight. Eating 76% fat in your daily diet for years won't end well. Sodium levels and cholesterol will skyrocket.

Breh think about it, bacon eggs and cheese being pushed as health foods. Steaks and beef daily. The human body has a hard time breaking down red meat, well honestly meat in general.

Listen just intermittent fast, add more veggies and fruits in your diet. You will be 100% more healthy than on keto.
Lady on my job site said "I do keto cuz I can eat all the bacon and cheese I want:takedat:"

It doesn't even work like that. I'll try to eat one meal a day. And stay below 3000 calories if possible.
I knew it couldn't be right. She said she dropped 30 lbs though:yeshrug:

I've always heard smaller meals broken up throughout the day was better for metabolism and digestion. What say you?

I did Ketosis back in October and loss 10 pounds in 3 weeks. It's hard to stay on it since almost everything has carbs. The thing I like the most is that you could still have a drink of vodka or whiskey every so often since those don't have any carbs.

I do this when i'm doing my post-winter-bulk cut, which is what i'm doing now.

Its not easy, you will feel weak as shyt, but the results are great.

My advice, find a ketogenic-approved food that you like and stick with it.
I know nutritionist will say its good to diversify your plate and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need.

But i'm just saying for those carb cravings you need a counter or you will probably fail.

Certain nuts are great lowcarb-high good fat alternatives.
