Breh think about it, bacon eggs and cheese being pushed as health foods. Steaks and beef daily. The human body has a hard time breaking down red meat, well honestly meat in general.
Listen just intermittent fast, add more veggies and fruits in your diet. You will be 100% more healthy than on keto.
