How’s that physical and blood work going to look, though? That colonoscopy? That shyt is going to fukk you up long term. No kind of fiber or nutritious fruits and veggies? You might look better on the outside, but that’s like driving a Corvette with a bad engine and a rotting interior.



Are you serious? I salads every single day asparagus kale all types of vegetables. You obviously don't know shytt about ketosis.

Yeah. You eat just enough “asparagus kale” so that your body maintains its ketogenic state. No fruit at all. Your consumption is primarily made up of dead rotting flesh and another animal species’ enzymes (dairy). Then the rotting flesh sits in your colon for months and continues to rot.

Base your diet on eggs, cheese, cream, pork and read meat, then throw a few asparagus and handful of kale every other day and think it’s healthy, brehs.

Breh, you're in a caloric deficit that's why you're losing weight. Eating 76% fat in your daily diet for years won't end well. Sodium levels and cholesterol will skyrocket.

Breh think about it, bacon eggs and cheese being pushed as health foods. Steaks and beef daily. The human body has a hard time breaking down red meat, well honestly meat in general.

Listen just intermittent fast, add more veggies and fruits in your diet. You will be 100% more healthy than on keto.

Eat a balanced diet and ditch all the bullshyt gimmicks. Eat at a deficit to lose fat. The shyt ain't rocket science.


Again ketosis has been around for 80 years and it's been popular in the bodybuilding community for about 45 to 50 years. I'll say it one more time most of you nikkas don't know shyt about ketosis. You're awesome non reading motherfukkers.

Maybe ketosis isn't for you. Maybe a high carb diet works better for you. I prefer ketosis because it allows me to eat one meal a day that I really enjoy and I'm seeing results.

Eat a dikk fakkit. All that shyt have one thing in common which is consuming less calories. It doesn't matter what the fukk you eat or what the fukk you choose to call it - it's all calorie restriction you dumb fukk. Keto isn't necessarily better at fat loss than intermittent fasting, Atkins, or any other trend it's all a way of restricting your calories. p*ssy.
