Low carbs high fat and protein, it just didn't work for me. I lost weight with ease but I felt like shyt. Carb cycling is way easier and less taxing. shyt before Ketosis I did intermittent fasting, I've been around the block. It's easier for me to watch my macros and lower my caloric intake 600-800 below maintenance on the daily with two a day cardio.
Fair enough...I respect that.
