Low carbs high fat and protein, it just didn't work for me. I lost weight with ease but I felt like shyt. Carb cycling is way easier and less taxing. shyt before Ketosis I did intermittent fasting, I've been around the block. It's easier for me to watch my macros and lower my caloric intake 600-800 below maintenance on the daily with two a day cardio.

Fair enough...I respect that.

You're arguing off feelings and propaganda. The science backs keto.

What science backs Keto? Science shows that consuming animal products and processed foods isn’t healthy. How am I arguing off of “feelings”? fukk the animals, I’m all about health.

Just for the record you can be a vegetarian and still be on a ketosis diet.
Infact in a pure ketosis diet most of your fat will come from non-meat sources
Like nut Butters, oils, avocados etc.

So you can be a vegetarian or even possibly a vegan and still take par in the keto diet program.
