An opinion wouldn't be necessary if women weren't entertaining low quality guys like this. Then situations like these are used to paint the ethnic image for black folks.
Kevin’s not the problem though.
Its some of these crazy ass women with high expectations that are the issue and have forced Kevin to double on down on the difference between High Value Man and average.
After that video with the lady who wanted to divorce her husband to get back with a dude she had messed up with years earlier, i actually sat back and watches 3-4 FULL videos of Kevin Samuels and the cold hard truth is that his evaluation of what a high value man is, is a really just a lesson to teach some of these women how unrealistic THEY are.
He asked a woman how much her husband should be making yearly and she said $500k, with a STRAIGHT fukkING FACE she said that shyt. Then Kevin asked her what age. She said 32-38. Then he asked her what race. She said black.
Kevin then asked her statistically what percentage of black men at that age range was making that amount of money. She couldn’t answer. I don’t remember the exact percentage but it was low enough that the point was that its a needle in a fukking hay stack. And there are PLENTY of women who have called in with the unrealistic expectations that these men are just magically out there waiting to take on their bullshyt and their fukked up attitudes.
So what Kevin is doing by separating “High Value” from the average man who makes $60k, is showing these women exactly how foolish and unrealistic their thinking is. He really tends to go harder on women who WANT “High Value” men than he does a woman who is willing to see the actual value in a hard working blue collar brother.
After watching a few of his videos, i don’t agree with everything he says, but he’s spot fukking on about 95% of what he’s saying AND The fact that women actually CALL IN AND VALIDATE HIS POINTS is astonishing to me. Also its a little frightening to have the veil pulled and to see just how many women are fukked up in the head when it comes to their expectations of dating/marriage and how little they themselves feel they should be contributing to a romantic partnership. shyt is downright spooky.
I take back the bad shyt I said about him before. I truly thought he was just a reverse Derick Jaxson, but dude be spitting GOSPEL.

But SOME of them need to be called out for the bullshyt just like SOME men have been being called out for years.
Black men have had legitimate gripes that have been dismissed and demeaned. The fact that so many women could actually call into his show with the CRAZIEST of stories and expectations is proof that there is REAL problem amongst a segment of women in our black communities and it needs to be addressed

Louisiana has the 2nd or 3rd highest car insurance rates in the country and a LOT of people put down 3000 or less on cars with average credit so you will easily see a 400+ car note for 5 or 6 years.
60k, no kids, good budgeter...that's above average for a black man, but only sIightly above average overall.

I'll just point out two things cause it's funny. even if you do the average of 700 for a 1 BR apt and a combo of $600 for car note/insurance....
$1300 x 12 is $15,600 AFTER TAX MONEY, which corresponds to about 23-25k of gross pay to see that amount of money net. just on an APARTMENT and a regular ass car (think a honda accord), in Louisiana where I live. Average gross pay in New Orleans is 25-30k a YEAR.

I understand what he means, but the women who call in are already delusional and out of touch. KS needs to emphasize 300-400k is for an upper class life style.
How are you gonna say it takes $200k+ to raise a family of 4, then tell women they should marry an average man making $42.5k a year?

because most people have cars that have payments that are damn near their rent amount. $800 rent is $9600 a year, for example. and that's cheap in a lot of places.

Buddy just threw some numbers out. Just renting a luxury a apartment in LA for instance is around 36K.

They tell him they want those things and he just prices it all out. He’s not saying really need all that. The lawyer last night on IG said she wanted a home in buckhead with a room for each kid and a guest room. That’s six bedrooms. That’s a 3-5M dollar house roughly.
