He needs just one person to help him out. These smaller YouTube channels have an editor or a cameraman, I don't see why he hasn't got one. YouTube is competitive and if he's careless and doesn't sort the technical issues out, somebody else will take his spot.

Concerning women's weight, an observation:

It's REALLY hard for women to lose the "fat weight" in their arms and face. They usually have to resort to surgery to fix it and that's not a guarantee and very risky.

No he’s not. He’s just being cheap.
He has over 1 million subs, gets donations every show, and people pay him for consulting.
He got more than $600 in donations last night.
He could give someone 25%-50% of the donations he gets every show to help with audio/tech issues.

Yea these fancy YouTube videos you see be a whole team behind the scenes. Atleast he needs an editor to skip all the breaks and waiting for people to get the likes up. He could set a camera on a tripod with a remote to handle that part and an engineer to make sure the audio is straight. There are channels with way less subs with this type of setup.

I think its because he travels alot
