Can you justify police racially profiling and pulling over black people at crazy numbers with no logical reason? Studies show that police don’t find drugs, illegal guns etc on black people any more than compared to their white counterparts.

In this Video the black women mentioned her parents naming her Amy so she won’t be discriminated when applying for jobs.

It has been studied that names matter when applying for jobs. Workplace bias exists. Go look at the black people complaining in Silicon Valley, told that they don’t get hired because they don’t match the culture of the workplace even though they are more than qualified for the job.

Said redlining no longer exists but you will find realtors telling black families to remove their family photos from their homes because it will bring down the price of the home.

She used a stupid anecdotal argument Stating that since Amy’s father was an executive, it negated that black people are not on an even playing field when applying for jobs.

I'm not coddling anyone. Calling out a system of oppression, bias and racism is not coddling.

Is silicon valley being predominantly white and asian with little to no black employees because there aren't any suitable black people for the job? Or is there workplace hiring bias, racism etc? Is holding these corporations accountable to a fair and equal hiring standards coddling those negatively affected?

You didn't even address any of my points.

Most people who were raised poor and lower class live and die lower class. Is that because they are just simply lazy?

What about the white people who were raised middle class, lived and died middle class? Are they just simply lazy because they didn't elevate to high class socioeconomically?

Most people are products of their environment. The projects and hood exist because of the government. It's known information that crack, cocaine and drugs were implanted into black communities... which still has an affect on people today.
