whats the 20 yr trajectory of roles a nurse achieves on their ladder/hierarchy

imma try to come back with a more detailed answer but

you may start as PRN (part time), then full time, then I believe its called charge nurse, and I've also seen RN manager/supervisor (which I think is just another name for charge nurse), and then director of nursing. Some may choose to divert to nurse practitioner. if they stay as a regular RN, 50-100k depending on state is doable. NP is like 80-120k. That sounds like a career to me.

travel nurse is irrelevant so I won't bring that up.

Also, the girl that's on is cute but she has no clue....she wants someone with 3x what she has. what the fukk?!

:deadrose: People on this board blaming Kevin Samuels for a home invasion

Because, and I quote; his content algorihthm leads to more extreme shyt on YouTube.

:mjlol:

You read this?
I did, as did my man who rarely reads for pleasure, and I've given away a few copies.

I understand why you thought that tho, our ancestors never really gave it a name. They just called it "Game".
Oh, I know. I was there when the white boys was just outright hating like, ":sadbron:That's not fair! Black guys practice their whole lives!" :heh:

Yeah I can understand that. I think, personally, that the focus on the career is bs. Nursing ain’t moving and shaking like that. Postal workers don’t say, “I was focusing on delivering my packages so much that I haven’t dated or worked on cooking, being cooperative/conflict resolution, going to the gym…”

A quick add to my other point about women and working. Once they work for like 8-10 years FT, every day, normal amount of time off...they get super tired of working and want to be taken care of because they tired of being independent. I know a woman who told me straight up she would love to be taken care of and not work. Maybe work PT if she gets bored. She's 39.

I’ve said that numerous times on this forum. Women typically don’t want to work after a certain point.

At or around age 40 or after second child is born—whichever one comes first. Women above 40 in the workplace are some of the most miserable people you’ll come across. They don’t want to be there, but have to out of necessity because they haven’t found a man to retire them or their man doesn’t make enough to allow them to drop out.

That’s why a woman’s career and salary are meaningless in the grand scheme of things. That is, unless you meet her in her early to late-20s. Her runway making that type of money is much longer at that age, meaning more of an additive impact on the household income.

You meet her in her mid 30s? She’s abandoning that career and money in 5-7 years. But, still wants to maintain the lifestyle using your money.

Watching/Listening to the show tonight.

KS says nursing isn't a career, that it's a job. I disagree. Nursing is a career. A very stable albeit demanding one.
I feel the same about USPS and Feds....once you get in you stay, with pension. Career IMO.

My wife is in a real nursing school (clarification is needed) and nursing is damn well a career. It’s a lot of education and studying that’s compacted in a short time. You need a license to be considered an RN.

I vibe with KS but I completely disagree.

too bad so sad lol. It would be one thing if they used that time to eliminate debt but the reality is during that time they rack up debt and weight and addictions
:russ::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

And think someone is going to retire them

The white dudes writing letters to the writers on there were nuts. Troy Francis read a letter where a dude was like, the girls I like in college are even sleeping with the black athletes. That's not fair. Troy was like "You have problems sir, you blaming dudes who are doing more than you instead of getting on your purpose and being assertive.

Y'all saw that phone call with the woman with 3 kids? When Kevin gave that Christmas example:

If I wanna give my kid 1,000 I gotta split it with 3 other kids right?

She said “and it’s going to continue to get worse the more men disregard the life of women. All that KS red pill shyt and some of the comments here got men thinking women are only worth sex. It’s sad how unsafe women literally are everyday just trying to be. Y’all continue to breed these demons. Black women are truly the most at danger the way they are talked about. Hope everyone educates the women in their lives and also the men. It’s time for the men left to stop all this demonic hateful rhetoric. This is the offspring of that shyt.”

:russ:

So we’re just gona not consider how it even got to that point? “Breed demons”. Continuing to yell at other groups that your not protected & having your resources ravaged. How is KS the common denominator when he’s promoting marriage and women getting back with their baby fathers, instead of being in these streets.

We’re gona ignore all the WAP/stripper/ Drug and rob a man, stripper, use him for the free dinner, flewed out, city girls rhetoric? Which can fuel these situations in the first place?

Women are allergic to accountability, by and large. Not all but most. That poster is on a male dominanted site and is clearly starved for male attention but doesn't wanna take a look in the mirror to see why. Black Pearl mentioned that women aren't accountable because no one expect them to be and holds them that way , black women not with standing in some situations. You ain't arguing with that, there's a lack of self assessment there.

That was an important call/segment for women with kids. The women either don't understand that having kids and trying to obtain a breh who doesn't have kids is not a good deal for the breh. Especially a breh who has their shyt together

As KS said, the women is accustomed to their own baggage, bad ass kids, the dude would have to adjust his lifestyle, mental state, future, just to be able to deal with her baggage that another man left her with.

That's not a good deal, the whole break down with the Christmas example hit the nail on the head, you as a breh would be splitting your whole life with another man's kid or kids, If that step child gets out of line, you'll have to deal with that situation, in a way that can cause problems, you have to buy a car for the step child, or put something on it, adding the fukker to your insurance, etc, it's just so much that goes with being a step parent that I am starting to see and understand.

I tip my hat to the men who were step-dads, and step mamas, that shyt doesn't seem like an easy task.

Just looking from it now from many angles, that shyt isn't a great deal for brehs, who has their shyt together, no kids and trying to inject themselves into the life of a woman who has kids. One kid maybe, maybe, and that's a big maybe.

I understand why the cubs get killed, eliminate all of that extra shyt that comes along with raising someone else's child.

lol man eff that step daddy mess. In the past if a woman had kids those kids would become the new husbands children 100% even changing their last names to his. Them days are over. If a chick got kids she better hope she can find a simp or a standup dude who got kids of his own and they just become a blended family.

It would be one thkng if women didnt want to be taken care of because dudes with kids tend to keep his kids in order where the woman coming in just has to be nice and nurturing at most.
