Honestly I think him and the GM were given a pass by the owner, who fukked everything up by demanding the team get Watson by any means. That move blew everything up and they haven't really recovered yet. Defense is great, offense is bad. The funny thing is that they'd be balling with Baker lol.

Can't really say they would be ballin w8th Baker. He didn't develop at that point when he was with Browns. He didn't develop with the Panthers either. The Browns had good weapons when he was with them....Baker just needed more time and a change of scenery.

There is something at play that has nothing to do with shyt that is actually on a football field.

Even though I have my issues with Shedeur, there is nothing about Gabriel that even screams backup QB.

Even Carson Beck and Quinn Ewers could have went 13-1 at Oregon like he did, but you don't see anyone trying to offer out Kool-Aid on their behalf talking about "one of the best processors ever" or "lightning quick reads".

Gabriel has nothing going on between his ears that is even above average. Analytics/Combine nerds fell in love with the fact he had the 2nd highest throw speed. Can't see over the line, accuracy falls apart after 15 yards, etc.

I'll admit both could be fired but if anyone has shown they should stay it's Berry. Arguably the best draft of any team, besides the two QB fukkery.

did Stefanski a favor with Gabriel, but saw an opportunity with Shedeur. Berry has an easy out IMO by saying Stefanski wanted Gabriel (reasons already stated earlier in this thread), so that's not on him.

I honestly want Gabriel to stay the whole season and fire Stefanski so a new coach with no bias towards Gabriel will give Shedeur a legit chance to see if he's trash or not. Gabriel's dinking and dunking ain't shyt.
