I gotta disagree. I assume a decent chunk of people are towards the game because the last gen OD'ed on FPSs. They should've had a new "Uncharted" game at launch, or something comparable. A killer app.

I don't think the game looks bad or anything but it's virtually impossible for me to get excited over a FPS at this point. It would have to be "HL3" or something crazy.

Warzone. That's basically killzone in a nutshell. You could tell who played this game and who doesn't because I can't think of any other game that has rotating objectives all in one match.

Why does there have to be a pre-built in excuse for why the majority of gamers didn't like this average game?

The hate is from xbox stans. Most people are excited by this game judging by it's reception by non xbox stans and it's high preorders. The vocal minority on here makes you think everything they say is somewhat true.

I think this looks good plus no aim assist?? Competitive here we go.

U can check my psn id I played killzone 2, it was my first ps3 game, it was cool, but nothin stood out to make me play it longer than a week, when I already had halo, gears and cod on my xbox

There's a lot of people interested in "COD" too. FPS are the most safe, mainstream genre of games out. They're basically how 2D side scrollers were in the 16-bit days.

I dunno who specifically is shytting on this, I don't partake in the console wars. I'm just saying not everyone is going to be about another FPS directly after an entire gen was dedicated to the genre.

Didn't cop Killzone 3 because I was in my clinical portion of my Laboratory Science degree.

I'll cop kz3 if ties into the story leading up to Shadow Fall.
