Kobe's best playoff game ever was Game 3 2009 versus the Nuggets.

IMO if the Lakers don't win that game on the road they lose that series to Denver and Kobe doesn't get ring 4. He single-handedly won that game by carrying the team on his back. Also that 3-pointer over J.R. Smith with a minute to go might be the most clutch shot of his career given the stakes.

His game 6 was just as impressive to me...35-10-6 on 12/20 shooting...great def...and as Mark Jackson said, the great ones can stop the bleeding

I personally consider game 5 vs Spurs in 2008 (scoring, what, 39 points against a dynasty defending their title? And it involved a comeback that he initiated?) to be his best game (also consider that to be his best series, numbers don't do it justice) but he had so many great games in key moments that I can see why it wouldn't crack your top ten

That was a really good Denver squad

4th best team to not win a title since 1998 after the 2000 Blazers, 2002 Kings, and 2010 Celtics.

They were ridiculously talented. If they got past Kobe, they woulda murked the Magic. And if Bron hadn't choked, we could've seen Melo beat him in a Finals which would have been changed both their legacies.
