I ONLY SPEAK FACTS

I EVEN PINPOINTED KUZMA’S PETTINESS IN THE OP
Yeah, I was using your two scenarios. Acknowledging that Kobe isnt hardly the greatest ever, so its no debate that Kuz was being petty. Even the timing of this was done to pull Lakers/Kobe fans back into the fold for him. He knows there's still a divide amongst Lakers fans about Kobe and Bron. Although the divide is much smaller than it was 3 years ago.

I have him having a really good year in Washington though. I like his game, it'll be up to him to get good numbers and make them impactful.

That’s what makes me mad. Kobe could’ve easily eclipsed Jordan if he took LeBron’s path. That would be like 2004 Kobe playing with Wade/Bosh, then 2008 Kobe playing with Kyrie/Love, then 2013 Kobe (wouldn’t have gotten injured) playing with Anthony Davis. Mind you Kobe already won 3 rings before 2003. So if he got to play with all that talent in the years afterward, we’re talking a ton of rings. Kobe was trying to beat Jordan at the same game whereas Bron decided to arms race. The league enabled this stuff in a lot of ways because Bron winning rings equals more viewership but it’s very telling that they allowed this man to play with half of the NBA meanwhile Kobe couldn’t even get Chris Paul. If everyone took Bron’s path, there’s a ALOT of players who would’ve had different careers. Barkley, Ewing, Nique, Malone. All those cats could’ve did that.

If Kobe teamed up with TD he would’ve won 7-8 titles simple as that

Let me ask you this: what years do you think Bron lost when he should have won? I'll give you 2011 but I don't think you could name one other season that Bron lost because of his own performance despite having a better or comparable team to his opponent.

Now, tell me how many rings do you think Bron would have won if he played the first 8 seasons of his career with Shaq and another 7 seasons with Pau? -- mind you, there were no teams like the KD Warriors during Kobe's years with Pau. The Lakers only competition were the big 3 Celtics-- who Bron took to 7 games at 23 with Mo Williams and Varajeo and the Spurs during their down period before Kawhi, Diaw, Bellinelli, Mills and Danny Green re-invigorated them.

Bron was better than Kobe early in his career and has had a much longer prime. Bron his second season averaged 27 PPG, Kobe in his second season averaged 15 PPG. Give 18-26 year old Bron 8 years of prime Shaq and he's winning more than three chips. Give 29 year old Bron Pau, Bynum, Odom, and Fisher and he's beating the 2008 Celtics-- the same team he took to 7 games as a 23 year old. Give 32 year old Bron prime Dwight, Pau, old Nash, Artest and the results are different-- they definitely wouldn't have been an 8th seed.

disingenuous.....everyone knows Del harris suppressed him. Thats why he still started in the AS game even tho he wasnt starting on the Lakers.

Kobe dropped 22 in his 3rd ever playoff game at 18 and dropped another 19 off the bench in the 2nd round vs the Jazz. But didnt get many minutes in other games. 2nd year he also scored playoff points when he actually got minutes.

If Kobe got drafted to a shytty team he would've put the same scoring numbers that Bron did.

He’s probably butt hurt but man the Lakers failed Kobe. Bruh had no team from 2005 to most of 2008 :picard: That’s like Prime Miami Heat era LeBron just wasting away on a garbage team.

He made them choose between him and Shaq
