I don't think I'm doing a good job explaining my point so let me try one more time. The things you outlined in the OP seem like traits you've identified as negative and are looking to change. There is nothing wrong with that. However, just because you do those things doesn't necessarily qualify you as submissive if that makes sense.

I am just doing an experiment. You and gina are trying to argue semantics and your personal definitions. The things I listed are traits generally seen as submissive traits. The purpose is to see how man react to these general "submissive" traits. That is all. Telling me that you will only be submissive when told to do is kinda irrelevant to the thread. The only thing that really matters is the results/reactions of the men.

No, I didn't say when you're told to do so, you interpreted it that way. I said submission is something that naturally happens depending on the guy. But if you believe what you're doing qualifies you as a submissive woman then go right ahead. It seems to be working out for you.

No you literally used an example of a man telling you (general) not to be argumentative. I didn't interpret it. That's what you said. I never said I was submissive I said I was doing an experiment. There can be submission outside of a relationship just b/c that is the only way you would be willing to do it doesn't make anyone else experience less valid.

I guess I'm submissive and want a submissive partner as well. I'm able to reason without overreacting, consider different perspectives, respect anyone's privacy and limits. However, if my partner's not willing to do the same for me, no biggie but it's definitely over. It shouldn't be too hard either, but I guess it depends on how you were raised and the crowd you normally deal with.
