Never had a woman hit me in a relationship,but if it happened I wouldn't hit her back because why possibly damage something you like to look at? It's far more likely that the guy puts hands on me first though, because I tend to get real smart in arguments, tbh, in which case I'm calling the cops on his ass.

If I ever lost my shyt and attacked someone though, I guess I'd have to deal with the consequences--as long as they weren't some wildly disproportionate shyt. Like, if I slap someone, I can understand I'm going to get punched back, have some teeth knocked out, get a broken arm, etc. But I can't accept that someone would actually try to kill me over a slap though.
