ladies what is a "good man"

Ok, not every good man is going to get tied down like not every good woman is wifed up by the age of 22.

Are you taking this personally because you feel you're a good man but you get overlooked?

I've gone through droughts and periods of opulence. i just tell it like it is.

and @GiGi you're right. I've said this myself actually that it aint like men don't go for the wrong women too sometimes. We pass up the nice girl because her ass aint as fat or she aint as freaky under them sheets.

the dating game is hard for a lot of ppl...only difference is that women at least (a lot more than men) get to pick and choose. It's like this:
as an outsider looking in


if an applicant (man) has offers from multiple jobs...but chooses the fortune 500 (the name/prestige) over the startup (the culture) am I gonna feel sorry for him when he hits a glass ceiling? No I won't. Not many men have the leverage to choose from an array of different employers though and what sucks is that often if dude quits that job...theres a good chance hell have trouble finding another quickly.

if an employer / hiring manager (woman) opens up a job position, interviews 10/1000 candidates who were filtered using Taleo, and then chooses the wrong one to work under am I going to feel sorry for her when she finds out that this person is useless? Especially when she can probably fire dude, open up the position again and have another 1000 applicants (many of which are the same pathetic dudes ). Again the answer is no.

The difference between the two is leverage however. Its demeaning to call men - I am a man myself after all - employees. But in today's dating game you're lying to yourself if you don't think girls have more options and thus leverage. That ...or you're ugly and fat. I'm talking worse than a 5/10 type ugly.

Please re-read my post. I said "business CASUAL attire" with the intent of stating that you should be yourself whatever you wear when earning your income.

I see where you're coming from. I still want and appreciate a good man though. He doesn't even have to be cute (not that I have high standards in the looks department anyways) just an overall good person.
