Many of he brehs here take issue with calling mixed race people mixed. If he wants to identify as mixed he has every right to, if he wants to identify as white so be it...Mariah gets to call herself a black woman in the U.S.

Idk what you're re talking about. i originally stated,different countries have different censuses. in the u.s neymar is considered blk. In his country he's not..
And in the same breathe. In many latin American countries, you have ppl who are mostly blk in genetics and apperance, yet despite the fact they don't consider themselves blk or admit to african ancestry... therefore having an impact on their country's census
