:yeshrug: have no issue with his defense. Outside of maybe a center no player in his 15th year is expected to be a defensive cornerstone/stopper and be the best scorer on the team.

No player at his age, years in the league and mileage has ever been expected to do as much as him on the defensive end and carry his team offensively..........NO ONE.

He is an older player. Most older players conserve on defense and use that energy on offense at least in the regular season.

Actually players in all sports pace themselves when they get older. I will never forget both reggie white and Lawrence taylor saying as they got older they would pace themselves to go all out on pass rushes either in the red zone or in the 4th qrt because they could not go all out every play as they could when they were younger.

Folks just be talking man. I said once they got wade that he would help their defense. People forget that wade's basketball IQ is extremely high (offensively and defensively).

That is why lebron loves playing with him.....he is the only player that lebron has ever played with whose basketball IQ is at least close to his.

And I would say that is why Wade likes to play with lebron also. They are both cerebral players (on both ends of the floor which is extremely rare).

Honestly at this point what can bron not do. He has footwork, finesse now. Shoots at a ridiculous clip plus all the other "usual" positives of everything else. This version of bron has me astounded. He is basically Larry bird (he always was minus the shooting with the athleticism) but now he is really just Larry bird with athleticism, how is that not GOAT shyt?

Breh it is goat shyt just off the fact he is doing this shyt at his 15th year with all them miles and all those playoff runs.

You have never heard him say he was mentally tired which is amazng. After each of the bulls championship runs even MJ mentioned how mentally tired he was. And yet Lebron is on pace for 8 straight finals...crazy.

Also what is amazing to me is all the shyt lebron is doing and has been doing. It is the equivalent of taking a team and mixing Scottie Pippen with MJ. In lebron he is expected to run the offense, create for others, set up the offense, control the pace, be the leading scorer and be the defensive stopper.

Just unreal to watch this dude play......I have never in my life seen this shyt.......never.

A huge part of this 10 game streak has been Bron opting to guard the opposing teams best player in crunch time and literally everytime it has happened he has put the clamps on whoever it was. Dude is still a first tier defender when he digs in, and the added depth of this team actually allows him to have enough energy reserves to make that effort.
