You can deter a lot of drives if guys know you're going for the block rather than verticality & are willing to foul them hard

Win or lose. Celtics need to trade Marcus Smart and Al Horford in the offseason for a legit big man and a backup athletic wing
Both of them are relics and holdovers from the Brad Stevens' coaching era, and do not fit with the current construction of the team. The Celtics are down 3-2 and struggled to win in 6 against the Hawks because of these two players. Opposing teams are exploiting them in every game

Horford has more value in boston than elsewhere. Gotta keep him. Win or Lose smart goes. Lose and smart gets packaged with brown
Horford will be 37 next season (technically, he'll be 37 in about a month, so this time next season he'll be verging on 38).
Unless they plan on moving him into a Udonis Haslem type of role, I don't know what benefit he has for the Celtics.

What the hell does that matter? Having more value in Boston than anywhere else =/= Having value in Boston enough to elevate the Celtics
Whatever benefit he has, theres less elsewhere. He can still defend reasonably well and hit a jumper
