why would you even mention these struggle ass schools when les miles could easily get the va tech, minnesota, and miami jobs, if he wanted to, and probably USC?

WHY would he go to ILLINOIS or UCF??!?

you gotta give us maryland fans of the world some hope man :to:

So you'd prefer to have 4 and 5 stars just to say you have them...? What happens when you never get over the hump? You get to say, "well at least we had all of that 4/5 star talent"? You gonna brag on how many make it to the NFL even though your college team never wins shyt?
I think you missed my point.. I was pointing out how frustrating it is to know we're bringing in all this talent and it's not translating to the field

So no I wouldn't rather have tons of talent and do nothing with them. I'd rather have tons of talent and have Franklin get rid of the garbage offensive assistants he has that don't develop the kids. I'd also rather have 4* and 5* kids with hopes that coaching changes and scheme adjustments can get the best out of them than hope a bunch of 2* and 3* kids pan out for their senior years

I'm torn on this one. Les's record against good teams and in big games has taken a huge hit since the game of the century and is cause for concern and action. But I'd like to see the guy get 1 more year provided he change coordinators and commit to evolving offensively. Just seems a bit premature. If he is done at LSU, I'd like to see him land at Va.Tech or USCe.

Keep dreamin bruh. :francis:

They just gave Richt that extension up until 2019 too. How much is his buyout?

IDK. But I'm slick hoping y'all win on Fri if it ends this Richt era, I'm just tired of empty 9-10 win season and Outback/Capital One Bowl berths. shyt's frustrating :francis:

I would say you have to let him see what he does with this recruiting class. I would say he has earned that. Cause what gonna happen otherwise is you hire some other dude, he has success, and then in five years when he has a down year the discussion is gonna be.. "yeah but he only won with Les Miles players"

Les last 3 classes were 6th, 2nd, 6th in the nation. That type of talent shouldn't get blown out by Arkansas the last two years.
