I like this thread a lot man. All the posters are dropping evidence for why they're liking tracks. Its not some superficial shyt. I guess this type of dialogue only happens when you look at one artist, instead of comparing two.

I grew up as a shorty with off the wall on record in dam near every family household I was in. That picture of him chilling in front of the wall is ingrained in my head. That album is and always will be an undeniable classic to me for many reasons. And working day and night is not filler.

With that said, Thriller is THE album. I have played that album more than any other, of any genre, period. Excellence - look at them 9 songs my goodness. Everyone knows the stats.

The video for thriller will never, ever be topped point blank period.

The video for beat it got nikkaz hype ! Billy jean video legendary

Quite simply, thriller is a masterpiece. Bad, off the wall and dangerous are all classics but there can only be one, and that is thriller.

album was cool(alot of that is thanks to teddy riley), but nothing spectacular. there was alot of better stuff out at the time, and mike was clearly on the back-end of his career.

I don't really remember the 1st song, and I slightly remember "who is it". but your links don't work.

I never liked "remember the time". that's prolly the 1st time I realized he was becoming :flabbynsick:. then I got the album and tried to force myself to love it. that's also when I realized that I had grown out of the whole Michael Jackson fanatic thing.

Wacky you're my breh and all but :what:. Im gonna need you to listen to dangerous again

Only a simpleton would think the king of pop was falling off because he wasn't feeling one of his critically acclaimed, commercially and damn near universally loved singles. You're actually one of the only people I've EVER heard say they didn't like Remember the Time. Even the 9 minute John Singleton video was :mj:

typical response from a kid-a$$-nucca.

now please kick rocks. everytime i see your name, i go :scusthov:.

Wacky you're my breh and all but :what:. Im gonna need you to listen to dangerous again

i already forced myself to give it too many opportunities in real-time.

im not saying its a bad album.

it was hot. just not a classic. and he clearly lost more than a few steps.

:comeon: that was when he was a black child...as a white adult his singing talent is comparable to beyonce

So his voice magically turned to shiit when his skin became pale? :beli:

Mike's voice was on point, always was..He didnt have that soulful voice later on in his career because he wasnt singin soul songs anymore..like he did as a child.
