Laurelton is actually my favorite black area in NYC. It’s boring but a beautiful area none the less. It’s also far enough from South Jamaica that there isn’t spillover crime which St. Albans unfortunately has to experience

What are some middle class/nice black areas in ny, not Brownsville

South Sacramento ("Iraq")

•Pocket-Greenhaven (my maternal grandma lives here and the neighborhood is blacker than average for Sac, but mostly Asian/white. Still alot of middle class blacks around there though comparatively speaking)

•Valley Hi has a bunch of nice areas, is one of those nice areas that still turns up sometimes but Valley Hi aint a ghetto. A brother and sister live there and its really black for Sacramento but mostly Asian/Latinos, not a poor area though:

We (black folk) call Oak Park "The Mids" but historically it's the first South Sacramento neighborhood you get to coming down Broadway. Still some wild blocks there but Oak Park been hella gentrified and has a grip of nice blocks now..
All California neighborhoods look beautiful to me.

Show us some nice areas in cities, suburbs, towns that have a poor reputation?

I’ll start with The Bronx - known for being the biggest slum in NYC and more known for African Americans, Jamaicans, Dominicans and Rican’s and lots of tenement buildings and public housing projects (now it has lots of small single multi-family homes)

Here is Riverdale a section of the Bronx by the 1 train that is literally in its own world.

Riverdale don't claim the Bronx but marble Hill does.

But for those don't know, Riverdale is old money.

Shocking lol thought the Bronx was a dump traversed by wild ass Latinos like I told you. But someone told me some of the highest property values in the country are located within the bronx

The south Bronx has been revilitaized through so much investment. I will tell you this though. The Bronx really was bad property wise, they really did burn the city down. It's documented. But so many investors public and private help build it back up. I remember driving down the Bruckner Blvd with my moms as a kid going to school and she always made it a point to talk about how far the Bronx came. Everyday she would tell me a new story about progress and development.

But yeah the Bronx has pockets of affluence.

Riverdale, Country Club, Pelham Parkway has a small section of what would be consider upper middle class in the Bronx. You won't find the Pelham parkway section of nice houses unless you know it. Its really a pocket. Also, country club has docks and a marina .

Bronx has City Island, that's where everyone goes for seafood and drinks in the summer. Thats where you will find boat owners and yatchs and all around fukkery . Motorcycles and cars .

California has a reputation of being beautiful. I’m talking about places that are viewed as “shyt holes” to society. Just want to highlight the beautiful areas of those “shyt holes”.

Don’t take my word shyt hole seriously I’m just being sarcastic.

So show some areas of Compton, south LA, or East and West Oakland that are beautiful

Chicago west side has some rough parts but I’m not so familiar with it. I rarely go.
I do know this place is over there

The northern section of Austin is a neighborhood called Galewood. It's a quiet, mixed area with a lot of nice homes.

I don’t own any property and I am planning to invest in a multi property unit somewhere down south that is landlord friendly

All the black areas in the Bronx aren’t dumpy either. Eastchester is a nice little black spot in the Bronx with many Jamaican and ADOS homeowners. Bay Chester is nice also.

Classon Point by the water which I assume is part of castle hill or soundview looks similar to Spring Creek in Brooklyn.
