first albums I ever bought with my own money where C-murder, Life or Death and Silkk, Charge it 2 da game. Still jam those couple times a month.:blessed:

Grandfather overheard me rapping Throw Ya Hood Up off Silkk album, whupped my ass, broke all cds and banned rap from my house :snoop:

grandma caught me trying to sneak Da Last Don in the house and made me listen to it for the first time in front of her:huhldup:

still managed to end up with all 23 of these albums in a binder under the floorboard in my closet:wow:

childhood :to:

i slept on that Shell Shocked literally til last year. I originally only fukked with 5 or 6 songs....went back and was like :whoo:
mac-a-don woooooooo!

Young Bleed was a blindside because it wasnt a full No Limit release. It was a joint venture with C Dubb I believe. No Limit fans didn't know Young Bleed from previous No Limit albums.

Always thought he was the dopest out of all the Gambino Family members. Wanted a solo from him

Clearly the best out of the Gambinos, always brought that energy and grittyness. Loved his verse on C's Survival Of The Fittest

Just like Holloway was easily the best Ghetto Commission spitter (G-Spade had some gems too), Uzi the best Prime Suspects spitter (Glock and New-9 were pretty awful)

New-9 is Mac's cousin, Glock (aka Gangsta T from Bounce Dat Azz off Down South Hustlers) is the Miller's cousin

I always wonder what took C so long to drop his album, I remember hearing dude on the radio and Wild Wayne (local dj) here asked him and dude was like he was just chilling (whatever that meant) but I wonder why it took dude until 98 to drop his album, but when it dropped that shyt flew off the shelves smh.

I remember that week it dropped, mane everybody and their mama down here had that shyt Lol...Akickdoe was killing the scene

Didn't NL release LOD after cmurder finished that prison bid? I always thought that was the case

is it better than shell shocked tho? :jbhmm:

I think it is, I say that because Mac's WW3 is better than shell shocked.

I think Mac or maybe P said that Mac's shell shocked really wasn't him, he was just going with what was hot at the time, the formula P created.

I think WW3 you really got to see Mac as a true artist, he told more in-depth stories and dug deep...don't get me wrong Shell Shocked is still a solid album but I can ride from New Orleans to Houston listening to that WW3 none stop.

Fiend album was great...That is a solid ass album..He was on B-High show and he talked about the process of making that album and how he had set backs trying to make it...Him and P bumped heads on that album but he said P pushed the best out of him it to me it showed.

That album is solid, and again yes I'd put that album over Shell Shocked
