I agree with all of this 100%, Jay was the GOAT in my eyes, but when you really think about it, KC was ehh, and BP3 wasnt that great either, and I thought WTT was extremely overrated.

Gator King you keep saying ad hominem not realizing this is music we're talking about. Its all opinionated. Dude can say Jay-Z deteriorated and someone can say NO Jay-Z in fact is better than he was before. There is no hint of ad hominem in these posts its simple exposure of what media tactics these clowns try to use on us.
The main issue here is the glorification of these dudes. Theyre simply glorified poets and where having heated arguments about them like it even matters. There is a strong possiblity this happens...The leap from Nastradamas and QB's Finest to Stillmatic can partially be credited to the excellence of BP1...
