They finally got away from those absurdly slow developing running plays and started running straight at folks. Franklin sucks at pulling unlike Beadles but he is much stronger. I'd like to see Thompson get the rock more, but I'm cool with Hillman as long as he is running like this.

Manning is more efficient this year than last year, looking at his pass attempts he only has two games where he's gone over 40 so far, whereas last year he had 4 through the first 6 games. The other 4 games are under 35 attempts which is ideally where you want to be with two of them being less than 30.

Both Thomas' have solidified themselves as top 3-5 at their position. No other receiver matches DT in the open field and JT is the ultimte redzone threat. It seems Manning trusts JT alot more in goal to go situations.

Sanders has been a helluva pickup. He's much better between the 20s and at being a deep threat but Decker is/was but Decker has the edge in blocking and redzone. His sideline awareness and route running remind me of #88 from the Colts. Welker hasn't had that much of an impact yet, but I expect it's because they've needed extra blockers on the field.

On defense, Brad Roby is balling the fukk out. This probably makes Chris Harris JR the odd man out as far as long term deals are going. Talib, Ware and Ward are proving their worth as well. Marshall has been solid in place of Trevathan as long as you don't ask him to keep up with the more mobile QBs

Last but not least, Von Miller is back. People forget that he was top 3 if not the best at his position in 2012 and had a legitimate argument as the best defensive player in the league. Even though Ware obviously isnt what he was he's still good enough to eat well with the rest of the d-line playing as well as they are.

all in all, They're gonna be done with the tough part of their schedule after NE and it'll be amazing that at worst they're likely gonna be 6-2 with a realistic shot at being 7-1. Beating SD puts them in a huge hole as far as the division goes so hopefully they don't shyt the bed.

Great break down, that was pur first perfect game of the season IMO, plus we got the chance to rest our starters in the second half

This Charger game on Thursday is a big one. The media seems to think they can play with us and even win the division based on that Thursday game last year without Welker. Yet forget we beat them on the road and in the playoffs. They do plays us tough tho. Familiarity.

I think we can kill the Chargers confidence and momentum with a convincing win. Just knock em down a notch. I think Emmanuel Sanders and the Pass Rush will be the difference in this one.

Yea and if both they rbs still hurt they have no chance IMO, they won't be able to control the clock at all, I see a blowout in the second half, plus they probably more tired then us

Hillman making me eat crow out here. With Montee out I really thought he was gonna fukk up again and Andersen was gonna get the start. I'm happy to be wrong. Good to see DT find his groove again. They just need to activate Latimer now and send Caldwell to the bushes. The defense is finally starting to gel. It sucks Trevathan is out for another 6-8 but Marshall has been doing an ok job for the most part.
Our CB's are playing lights out and Harris Jr is low key the best CB in the league :sas1:

Chris Harris Jr.

Everybody is talking up Rolando McClain as the clear Comeback Player of the Year, and while I can’t argue too hard against that opinion, what Harris is doing this closely removed from ACL surgery is bordering on silly. Let’s remember it was the playoffs when Harris went down last year and tore his ACL! Admittedly it wasn’t a complete tear of his ACL, so the rehab was apparently relatively smooth, but any time a cornerback in particular suffers a major knee injury you expect a decline in form once he returns.

Harris was already one of the league’s best corners and if anything seems to be playing even better than before the injury.

He has been thrown at 27 times this season and has allowed just ten receptions. That 37% completion rate leads the league. As does the passer rating of 31.9 he has surrendered on those targets. In fact, he has yet to give up 100 receiving yards. Not in a game…period. He has given up no touchdowns, has an interception and has broken up eight of the 27 passes thrown his way. The longest pass he has given up all season is just 22 yards long.

Harris has played outside and in the slot in the past, but this season he has been primarily a perimeter corner with Bradley Roby covering the inside. Despite being less than a year removed from major knee surgery Harris is outperforming all of the big-name cornerbacks, and might be playing as well as anybody at the position.

Chris Harris, CB: +2.1

Breakdown: Highlighted last week by our own Sam Monson as being among the league’s best corners at this early stage of the season, Harris continues to confound with his rapid return to form after tearing his ACL in January. He was targeted five times last night but only surrendered two receptions for nine yards in the process. Harris has only allowed three catches for 21 yards on 15 targets since the Broncos Week 4 bye.

Signature Play: Snuffed out a screen at 11:41 in the third quickly reading the play to get across the line of scrimmage before Vernon Davis could get out to him, taking down Anquan Boldin for a loss of one to open the drive.

I feel like Latimer is a secret weapon waiting to be unleashed. Might not be until late in the season when we see him but I'm sure we will. From all I hear he is too good to keep off the field.
Caldwell is really is trash lol. He seems to have dropped every pass thrown his way. Playing like a guy who knows his job is on the line. He must be a hell of a locker room presence to still have a role even at this point.

We on the comeback brehs:wow:The running game is starting to get a rhythm with Hillman back there. Thompson is looking good, I think he has more promise then CJ, but its still early to call it.
Our Defense has been top notch with Talib, Harris, and Roby at CB and the Combo of Ware and Von is going to be a great tandem for years to come:blessed: Malik Jackson is really getting an opportunity to shine, it seems like hes always half a second late to get a sack. We Have alot more depth at all positions this year then in forever. Its good to see our back ups coming in and not miss a beat.:ohlawd: If we keep from making stupid penalties and stay away from injuries, we should be able to take the Ship back home. We have alot of free agents next year. Both Thomas', Harris, Franklin and Von next year i think. I know Harris fixing to get a Huge payday, He deserves it. Thats my Undrafted Cornerstone Corner:to: We have been finding gems in the late round and undrafted area too, Big ups to the whole team up and down. We building a Dynasty brehs:win:

Roby is going to be a good one. Actually reminds me a lot of Chris Harris when he came out, despite their difference in draft stature. Just a ultra competitive guy with ability to play slot or outside. I think we got one with him. When he broke up that pass vs reggie Wayne on 4th down in his first career game. I was like aight. He is ready.

Hopefully we can keep everybody. It's gonna be tough with damn near everyone but Peyton being free. Salary cap going up is going to help us. Elway is going to have to get creative.

Elway has absolutely done a fantastic job at finding talent in the early rounds/late rounds/undrafted. Combine that with his free agent signing skills and this is without a doubt the most talented Denver team I've ever seen. I just want to see us keep getting better and better week in and week out. We should be a fukking terror come playoff time.

:whoa: One game at a time though brehs. Sorry, just getting excited.:russ:
