Greenhornet
A God Among Kings
This goes with the keep your shyt private thing to a degree
People love winners, but if you win, make sure you win in a different arena
Cause fans and rivals arent a happy homecoming
People only go to the square to see the gladiator die, they arent in your corner
Very few people in the entire world are safe winners
Even if you only like a person for 1 thing and kind of dislike them for most else
you can still learn from the 1 thing they do well.... even further... a person who seems not great at anything relating to you
may have some knowledge that you had no clue about. Keep an open mind for insight, a few people I deemed kind of square, have saved my life with personal knowledge I otherwise wouldnt have thought they knew.
which leads me to say ... I try to be an open book as often as possible, to solve the root of problems quicker. That goes against alot of the good advice of, "Dont tell everyone everything" but you can pick and choose where that applies.
Just for example, this website and thread prove that theory correct.... without bias or judgement you can get an honest opinion from people who dont know you in person. There's someone on this website right now that can answer a question that may take you years to understand.
And lastly, most people will tell you that you cant do something... or that its too deep for you. Nothing is ever too deep for anyone, if you want to learn it... want to understand it.... just like everyone else you can start training yourself to master it. I personally stay away from "ignorant teachers" of advice like this. A good teacher in life will show you steps to become familiar with something easily. That's always been the most strange thing i've encountered in my 33 years of life.
