No amount of negative energy is good. I don't care how long you think you'll be in a negative energy situation but it will have a harmful effect in the medium to long term.
If it's at work then find a new workplace, if it's your parents move out and rarely visit home.
I hate hearing things like "Thank you" and "Please". You can't eat them, can't put them in the bank and you can't even use that for soft influence because it's reliant on the person you do small favors for acknowledging how much you've helped them over the years. Of course it's different if it's at work.
Not everyone is supposed to make it.
Cut loose the people that hold you back.

It is important to forgive yourself. The dumb shyt that did I didn't know better, nor did I have any inclination to know the better way beforehand. Whether that was inherent personality traits, my environment, childhood etc. But the mistakes must be incorporated because after that you have no excuse

Being a educator is kinda depressing , you get attached to some of the students good or bad, you want to see them all win so bad but some just come up short , you realize that somethings in life are hard to overcome ,environment , negative family, managing stress at a young stage etc, crazy seeing former students on the streets barely making it or even worse killed , I teach in Chicago btw

I got strung along too long waiting for a raise. Now if I don't get a raise in a year, I'm out. Speaking of jobs, if where you work is fukking with your mental health then leave. Work stress is cumulative and will kill you over time if you let it.
I wont Lie,I do Love my lil Post Office Job just on the Strength of the Pay and the Fact that before that I was Scrubbing Toilets at Wal Mart.....I do have that "Grinding 25/8" Mentality cause I learned that from My Parents but I know that even they have taken Vacations,Breaks etc and Ive been Working and Coming Home Non Stop.Outside of an Odd Trip to AZ to visit my Brother,I havent went to say a Cancum,Maldives etc. When things Clear up 1000% im definitely getting that Passport Stamped Up,plus my Brother is leaving for Panama to take over our Moms Home so Ill jave a lil Spot there too
