I really like Lightning a lot(see avatar) didn't like the 1st in the FF13 series, but I did like the second one quite a bit. As much as I like Lightning I don't know if I like the idea of her being the ONLY playable character though. Part of the charm of FF games is the interactions and growth the multiple party members have with each other. With Lightning by herself, we'll miss out on a lot of that. And I don't know if I like the idea of a countdown. Does it remind anyone else a little of Persona 4 where you had a set amount of days to rescue a victim and if you failed to meet it the game was over? That wasn't so bad, I suppose.
Oh well, I'll buy it like I've bought every offline FF game even though I suck too much at games to beat a real-time combat game.
Something told me to never get my hopes up for Versus 13. I didn't realize that all three Mass Effect games have been released since it was announced, though. That's a little shocking.

I just dont know why they dont get the spells, special attacks and summons in abundance. This is what perplexes me the most. After ff12 which had summons in abundance, why cut it down.
