It was a good pick. They got two QB’s and have an extra 1st round pick next year. Flacco and Pickett won’t be there for long.

Buffalo was a QB graveyard at one point, with less notable QB’s than Cleveland historically. Josh Allen changed that.

I’d rather go to a team that has draft capital rather than a team who sent their future picks away.

If you’re Cleveland, you got terrific first round talent without using that pick on a QB.

If these guys flop then the 2026 and 2027 QB classes are stellar and they have two first round picks.

The Redskins (that was their name at the time, nikkas ) took RG3 and Kirk Cousins in the same draft. Is it the best use of assets in my opinion, nah. Is it unprecedented, nahClearly a team that isn't sure about their QB position, wants to create a training camp competition, and figures they might as well have possible trade bait. I'm a Giants fan. They signed two more than viable veteran starting QBs and still drafted a QB. Spending draft equity to do so.
