Lux destroyed him, clips looked like he was gonna cry in the 2nd. Clips always been gahbij to me, he's likeable and a good performer but his shyt is simplistic as fukk Lux put on a clinic here

It's amazing to me that Lux only got 60% of this vote. The more times you watch this battle, the worse it gets for Clips.

The fact that he called Clips's mother a sidechick - and it basically being true - might be the most disrespectful shyt I've heard in battle rap, especially considering the fact that he and Clips obviously used to have (or still have) a relationship.
It's also funny to me, around Summer Madness 2 (before it happened), there was a video of Mook and Clips giving predictions, and Clips said that if he ever battled Lux there'd be no personal bars.
I don't see how Calicoe or Clips didn't run up on Lux after their battles, I wouldn't have even blamed them for that.

Clips is dope but his setups are so simple and kindergarten, it's hard for me to enjoy him. But in almost every other Lux buttle I have Lux destroying the person standing in front of him (Hollow, Calico, Arsonal, so Clips deserves some credit for not getting destroyed, he still lost clear to me tho. Lux wasn't even in rare form on this joint, this battle and the second Mook one, only times Lux wasn't in super rare form (I don't even have a winner in that second Mook battle, Mook was trash and Lux sounded like he was just spittin gibberish).
Outside of that first Lux was not in any “rare form” against Arsonal. That first round was incredible though.

if you really think of it, he was prob the most personal/disrespectful towards clips. you can make a case calicoe but not really imo, i always thought it was cause mook went so hard and personal at lux in their battle, which was lux previous battle. and it seemed like by his material that lux thought him and mook were gonna spar more so. true lux did have the coat angle vs mook but that was known already.
