but it does feel good to be able to jog or do physical activity without getting winded so quick. :win:

I can probably outlast my skinny friends because I work out so much.

I don't see how people can live without going to gym or exercising daily.

but also seein those dudes shredded makes me feel like wtf my routine is very similiar to his and im not seeing the same results :to:

then i go extra hard after. that or if there is a fiiine ass broad in my vicinity it seems like my reps become a million times easier i get up and im like :datazz:

I be going so hard, brehs. Running 4 miles a day, lifting weights (chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders) twice per week :noah:

i dread lowerbody days but man i have the most fun those days i dont know why. you should jsut do them. with some box jumps after. just cuz

:stopitslime: get your ass on some squats, leg presses and deadlifts. Don't even need to go real heavy
