Treadmill will burn more. BUT elliptical is way WAY better for your joints, alternate. If you do the elliptical, do it with resistance and incline or you're a bytch :umad:

Im always put on resistance & incline.

It depends on your body type meso can do that.

A friend of mine was always slim not super skinny just slim. Man in 4 1/2 month nikka got brolic :wow:

If you're skinny tryna get swolle yes it will take more effort its like a heavy person tryna drop weight.
It's EASY to get brolic.

I could do it easily if i want to. I stay around 185, but I could go up to 195 if I wanted.

But the cutness is where the difference is made.
