I run a lot for that and the elliptical basically works out my legs.

U just got to motivate urself to keep working out but the biggest thing Is make sure ur doing the workout correctly to get the full benefit

I don't lift weights i use to but instead i do body weight workouts some boxing with cardio

Doing this keeps me toned strong and built but not big built which i prefer

I have my moments when i will hit the weights though

I be going so hard, brehs. Running 4 miles a day, lifting weights (chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders) twice per week :noah:

I'm a bigger dude.

I'm just mainly doing cardio to drop weight and lifting twice a week as a precursor until I lose more weight and I'm able to focus more on toning my body.

I lost nearly 40 lbs on my own in 2011, gained back half and already lost almost 10 so i know what im doing :jawalrus:

A. He probably has access to the best trainers, with the best knowledge, the best foods, the best techniques, no stress in his life....and possibly a lil HGH :youngsabo: There's a reason(s) rich Hollywood ppl can get into shape like that SO FAST......even the average NFL player doesnt look lke that.

And The average person with a job every day doesn't look like that in just 5 months.

Treadmill will burn more. BUT elliptical is way WAY better for your joints, alternate. If you do the elliptical, do it with resistance and incline or you're a bytch :umad:

It depends on your body type meso can do that.

A friend of mine was always slim not super skinny just slim. Man in 4 1/2 month nikka got brolic :wow:

If you're skinny tryna get swolle yes it will take more effort its like a heavy person tryna drop weight.
