Dre helped make a movie about a small snapshot of his early career in NWA...highlighting him, Cube and Easy. Which wasn't even the very beginning of his career. Dude was some DJ in hole in the wall spots around LA wearing a shiny suit and a S curl before he turned to "gangsta rap." The NWA period was a piece of his career.

And if he paid her off, why in the hell would he rehash the story in a mega motion picture?

It's disgusting how Dre is being caped for in here. The movie actually downplayed how fukked up that relationship was. When they got together, Dre was 21 and Michel'le was 15. A grown man with four kids took up with a damn child. Michel'le has only partial sight on one of her eyes because of one of Dre's beatings. She has scars on her neck from where he dug his nails into her neck and threw her across the room. Her nose is fukked up because it's been broken so many times that there isn't enough cartilage for the surgeons to craft a normal nose. She was talking about the abuse on R&B Divas in 2013, two years before SOC came out, so I don't get why people are insinuating that she held her tongue in order to cash out. But even if she is trying to get money, so what? She's earned it! Dre destroyed her career and tortured her for 9 years, she is beyond owed something. What gets me is, people on here are caping for Dre but nobody has her problems with her allegations against Suge Knight. If you truly believe that Michel'le is lying, wouldn't you believe that Suge is innocent too? Yet nobody is taking up for him, hmm........

The issue is how grossly inaccurate the movie was in terms of historically verifiable events

And regarding Suge, why is that none of the female contingent are decrying her leaving one abuser to go to another?
