The NBA's CBA is ass for penalizing teams for retaining and paying players that THEY drafted and developed. Nobody can tell me otherwise

The talent is already spread around. My issue is really about teams that draft well being forced to part ways because of these rules that prevent them from keeping those guys they've invested in.
They need to make some exemptions specifically around that. Doesn't make sense to me.

Boston: Tatum, Brown etc
I see Mobley's extension begins next season. That puts them over the 2nd apron.

100% agree. Rather make a cap for non drafted players per team. Or a 1 player exception to the cap that you drafted. Something.
Celtics going to move Jrue and then hit up the Bulls for Ayo or look into signing Tre Jones this summer
