start your day with fasted cardio, every day, no matter what.

after that find a push and pull regimen that works for you, easy to find online

water only to avoid liquid calories

and eat the same thing everyday, i do grilled chicken, brown rice, asparagus, 3x a day

fat free yogurt + granola for snack

with one day cheat day a week, and you’ll be good

do that for 2 months

I just changed my diet. I went cold turkey. Basically keto or very low carb.

Salmon
Chicken breast
Broccoli
Green beans
Sweet potatoes
Protein shakes
Greek yogurt
Apple slices and peanut butter
Blueberries

I literally ate the same thing for like five months. I didn’t eat out or drink anything but water. I ate out once for my wife shyt day and I got salmon and double broccoli.

I was paranoid because my uncle went through some health issues so it made me wake up. And I was tired of yo-yo dieting. It was depressing.

I only ate between 12-8 PM and then gradually went to 2-8 PM and sometimes once a day. I just walked. Didn’t even need to exercise much because intense exercise increased my appetite. I solely focus on diet. I’m back to walking and jogging now though. I’m hiring a trainer next month for weight lifting.

shyt new clothes is very exciting unless you spent all your bread on designer then its probably not so fun
I’m cheap as fukk. Lmao.

I will buy nicer clothes but not designer. I rather travel and do house projects.

Yes but we just put everything in big containers and take portions when we want. I don’t do the individual meal prep hold on. I’ll upload a picture. Alexa, turn the kitchen to 100%.



Peppers are for the eggs but that’s my wife. I skip breakfast. Chicken strips are for the salads

No. I’m not at all. If it was life or death, I would definitely take Ozempic. I’m just happy to say I avoided that route. Now my goal is to help others because I know the struggle.

Doctors don’t care all they try to do is give you medicine and kick you out of their door. They won’t even tell you if you’re having any issues in your blood work because they truly do not give a fukk.

They just push people to surgery and medicine instead of the addressing the root cause. I met a cool older black woman who became a nutritionist because she had all of these health issues. Doctors never warned her about. She helped me with my diet and everything and I wanna do the same for others.

Take out how you want, but I’m proud of my accomplishments
