we in a country of fat asses, you should think you’re better if you can see your dikk when you piss lol

I guess you're right :russ:just from the perspective of a naturally thin breh on no special diet it's crazy how big of a deal people make about losing weight

I'm not hating on anybody for improving their health though :ehh:

lol I feel you

I don’t think I’m better than anybody. I just really wanna tell people they can do it too because doctors never told me simple shyt and I had to figure everything out on my own. I just wanna help other people do the same thing, man.

For example, my sister didn’t even know there was sugar in ketchup. She thought she could eat anything as long as it was fat free. 🤦🏽‍♂️

So now I’m teaching her about carbohydrates turning into sugar and how to make healthier choices. Look at the food pyramid from the 90s bread and pasta was at the bottom lol

I haven’t drank a sugary soda since 2021 :wow:

You should be lucky you never had to be fat before.

Like imagine needing to cut up 80% of your stomach because you can’t lose weight. Or take a random shot in your stomach every week because it’s hard to lose weight. Think about it some people can’t ride rides at amusement parks. Some people can’t even sit in a plane seat. Some people can’t find a spouse due to their weight. It’s not an easy life. I’m just glad I was never pass the point of no return lol

Look how people treat Lizzo. It can be a really sad life for some people. I’m just glad I was never on some 400-500 pound type shyt.

:jbhmm: every 3 months brother
I’m married so I don’t need to get checked for sexual diseases but I was having some random dizziness and I started googling everything and I thought I had cancer or HIV that went undetected for 10 years and just all of this crazy stuff I literally went on Reddit in Google and drove myself insane no cap I’ll even tag you in the thread lol

I spent so much money on healthcare since January it’s not even funny, but all of my symptoms were really just due to me changing my diet doing a 180 and dropping weight rapidly.

Bro 1000% I dont think people realize this. 25-35 the obesity percentage is high as fukk still and the non overweight people most are skinny fat. If you're truly 15% bodyfat and below without a bird chest you already in the top percentile off tops

start your day with fasted cardio, every day, no matter what.

after that find a push and pull regimen that works for you, easy to find online

water only to avoid liquid calories

and eat the same thing everyday, i do grilled chicken, brown rice, asparagus, 3x a day

fat free yogurt + granola for snack

with one day cheat day a week, and you’ll be good

do that for 2 months

I just changed my diet. I went cold turkey. Basically keto or very low carb.

Salmon
Chicken breast
Broccoli
Green beans
Sweet potatoes
Protein shakes
Greek yogurt
Apple slices and peanut butter
Blueberries

I literally ate the same thing for like five months. I didn’t eat out or drink anything but water. I ate out once for my wife shyt day and I got salmon and double broccoli.

I was paranoid because my uncle went through some health issues so it made me wake up. And I was tired of yo-yo dieting. It was depressing.

I only ate between 12-8 PM and then gradually went to 2-8 PM and sometimes once a day. I just walked. Didn’t even need to exercise much because intense exercise increased my appetite. I solely focus on diet. I’m back to walking and jogging now though. I’m hiring a trainer next month for weight lifting.
'Preciate the advice brehs.

Like you said, those intense workouts definitely drive the craving for more and more food.

But staying consistent with my diet is ultimately what is holding me back from reaching that next step. Because lately I been putting in work at the gym, but the scale hasn't changed much :francis::unimpressed:

The concept of dieting is so simple yet so hard

Do you mean the gym and/or eating less?

I was 198 pounds in Feb and I’m down to 160.

Never. Not gonna lie, my diet is not great:francis:
I been a gym breh for years.. and around covid fell off and then jump back on with weight gain and could not knock it off just with the gym routine. I got the diet on point and weight came off with ease, not even hitting weights heavy.. I saw after some brehs basically said same thing but if you get that in line, it become easy breh. I get my protein knocked out (Chicken thighs, Ground turkey, Salmon, steak) I make my veggies fresh and I make a big bowl chili to hold me down when I need something in pinch and I am good to go. Cut the carbs and eliminate the liquid calories and in two months you will be on right track.

Good luck breh :salute:

What's your regimen? I'm trying to lose at least 10 lbs by the end of the summer. It's been a struggle fr fr
stay under 2000 calories a day

walk for 45 minutes 5 days a week

BREAKFAST:
bagel & peanut butter = 460 calories, 17g protein

watermelon = 100 calories

coffee = 150 calories

protein shake = 200 calories, 32g protein

Dinner:
Chicken: 200 calories, 20g protein

protein shake = 200 calories, 32g protein

Rice = 230 calories

my current cut meal plan. I have to add veggies at some point but at least eat watermelon and take a fiber supplement

:whoa:

Diet is all that’s needed tbh.
