When did I ever say the album was brilliant? I said it was better than people were giving it credit for, but it's still the worst project of his career and a massive disappointment. I initially gave it a 4 out of 5, but quickly came to the conclusion I overrated the fukk out of it. A very low 3/5 at best, and that's on a good day.

Putting words in caps doesn't change anything though breh :pachaha: The album was not lyrically weak. Quoting the absolute worst songs on the album (Out of My Head and I Don't Wanna Care) while trying to say the verses you posted from TSGO and WINS are bad(they aren't) doesn't validate your words. It actually makes you seem petty and unable to accept when you are wrong. To be frank, I expected more from you.

On the very same songs you try to shyt on he said,

So lyrically weak!

:whew: why did his mother even allow him to put that verse out! HORRIBLE RIGHT? LYRICALLY BOTTOM TIER.

And that first verse you posted from Out of My Head was dope. The description of his favorite girl being akin to his favorite song on the radio was executed perfectly It's the second verse that was mediocre. If you're going to shyt on a song, at least do it right.

All Black Everything, Letting Go, Coming Up, Till I Get There, Break The Chain, State Run Radio, and Beautiful Lasers are all strong lyrical efforts. I dislike a good portion of those songs, but it doesn't change the fact that he's spitting on them.

The funniest thing about this is when I initially corrected your erroneous statement about the album being lyrically weak, I had several verses from the songs above copied and pasted to point how crazy it is to say that, but I figured it wouldn't be necessary....only for this nikka to quote lines off I Don't Wanna Care and have the nerve to talk about playing games. If he was spitting like that on the rest of the 14 songs the album offered, you'd be right, but it was an anomaly not a majority. You want it to be one way, but it's the other way.

In all seriousness though, I know you're a rapper. If you can post some verses of yours that is head and shoulders above any of the verses on Letting Go, State Run Radio, Break The Chain, Till I Get There, or Beautiful Lasers, I will give you serious props. Inbox it if you don't feel comfortable going public with it. Otherwise, I'm already over this ludicrous discussion.

All Black Everything is the only truly strong song on
Lasers but I realize I'm arguing with the equivalent of @blackslash or @ROFL_GUY
only your allegiance lies with Lupe.
:yeshrug:
That's fine dude :lupe: do you !

:obama:
That should be easy.
I don't know if I'd post my best shyt in this thread
but I have no problem putting my money where my mouth is.

And I can just rap, because really....shyt don't mean nothing to meee. I can rap allllll dayyyy. Pop shyt allllll day. And you nikkas just soak it up. Belieeeve it...if I stop, still gets headlines even though my Twitter's locked.

Now ain't thattt a bytch?

EDIT: Just realized this nikka Lupe titling it SLR 3(Round of Applause) is a damn double meaning. Round of applause in celebration of the song being sick, but also applauding the verbal rounds that Lupe fired off at Kendrick aka Top Ramen noodles. Mad slow of me since the 2nd and 3rd verse was full of shyt talking about silencers, guns and rounds.

.......The GOAT :wow:

Kendrick don't want it with Lu. Lu would win the battle without anyone knowing it. Dudes still deciphering Lu's lyrics.

deep down nikkas know that kendrick never showed that he had any dope metaphors, punchlines, or entendres in his arsenal. that's why they can never quote a bar from the nikka it always ends up with them typing out his entire verse, the bars by themselves are light

he's still nice tho cuz his flow, aggression, and storytelling skills are so good that it covers that up, but it also causes his tracks not to have much replay value after 2-3 spins

meanwhile you can play a lu track you heard a year ago and you'll catch somethin new that went over your head :ohlawd:

bar for bar kendrick would be food no questions asked

I actually think those qualities give him a lot of replay value.
