Depending on the company they will verify job title through the background check and if its easily identifiable that you were not classified as a manager it could hurt you. You could of done all the duties of a manager and put it under your job duties and responsibilities .

I had an interview today, while I was waiting I saw someone I grew up with.

He came up to me as I was waiting.. I hit him with , known scammer, known hustler..

I was like breh, these people are gonna find out about your past. Soon as them fingerprints come back you're gone breh..

The current job im at i work in trade operations. Everyone was a econ or finance degree, i got a BA in poli sci.

They wanted some with fin exp.....I had fin experience when i worked at a bank.

Truth is I was a teller who convinced ppl to sign up for cc they didn't need. Any high schooler could do that. They got me talking Traders, with +20 years in the game, through 6 figure trades, dailynikka your ass off

Most jobs interviews I’ve had they actually quiz you about the specifics. And there are multiple interviews. Usually the first with the recruiter, they usually don’t know shyt so you can get past that ok fine.

Next level is the hiring manager who is also more likely than not sitting with the program manager...and you cannot bullshyt past that.
