Great video to play kids and young people. Your decisions will pave the way for your future. Make the wrong decisions and you will be this man. Think about that when you decide to drop out of school or do fukk all with your life. This will be you.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Elaborate

Depending on where you live your options may be limited. Jobs that pay $80,000 for example may be concentrated to industries you don’t have experience in. You might live in a town with a lot of sales related positions.

You really have to study the job market.

For example, when I left my job in Charlotte I was making over 100k. The only reason why I was making that much is because I transferred from another state.

In order to find another job that paid close to that would require switching to some type of sales position which isn’t me. So that was one of the reasons why I chose to move back to NJ. The cost of living is higher, but it’s a lot easier to find a job that starts at $80,000 a year in the tristate area than in Charlotte.

How do you know this breh is "lazy" and has no drive :mjtf:

You don't even know what he does or what his profession is :snoop:

If he working a bullshyt warehouse job in his MID 30s he fukkED up somewhere in life. Could've been in his control, Could've been out of his control.

Y'all don't seem to understand a lot of people out there have zero drive. One of my guys talks about them warehouse workers and a lot don't do anything to improve their situation

fukked up but i feel that, if you fukking around somewhere where that was the only gig you could get.

The worst is being at a good place for a long time but your co workers and superiors both treat you like you ain't worth shyt, and if they didn't then everything would be easier for everyone. I had a point where my job made me feel depression for the first time, and that shyt is not a joke. Doing everything but not getting recognized or appreciated for any of it. shyt like that makes you hate the whole world, and then mfs will be asking you why you always look upset or angry smh

People say this until breh’s man themselves up to an early grave due to stress. Yes he should be working on his situation but he is human and has emotional needs.

Nobody is holding him back from improving his situation. You gotta take your life seriously or you will end up like the brother in the video.

Too many people out here playing games and thinking things are going to change as time goes by without putting in the work to make those changes.

Even worse, why the hell would anyone willingly stay on a job that is having an adverse effect on their health? I thought men were natural born leaders? I thought men were naturally inclined to impose their will on their environment? I thought it was a man's world?

You can't have it both ways. There's a saying that goes something like, "You can choose to ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the results from ignoring reality".

Brother needs to man up and take care of his business.

If you want better, do better. That's it. Tired of seeing grown folk crying and complaining about things they have control over.
I was just about to post this!! I'm tired of seeing grown folks complaining about their situation and blaming everyone by but the person in the mirror. If your life sucks it's a reflection of your own lifestyle choices. Go make something happen!

Ok… step one… he has acknowledged in his own way that he is part of the matrix like 99.99999% of people are. You’re born, you’ll spend most of your life making the 0.001% rich, will probably never own a house, marry a woman he had to settle for and will be lucky to survive off a pension and die struggling to support his children.

That’s sadly the reality for most men. And the majority know this but very few will take the steps to change their situation. And the few who do, only a minority will make the right moves to get out of being a small cog of in this capitalist wheel or will end up doing illegal shyt, they will either get them in jail or murdered.

Now, if you’re smart enough to be in the former of that minority, this should be where you start making moves. Remember, as a black man, no one gives a fukk about you. Yes, it’s the hardest out there for us but no one truly gives a shyt about us. Sadly, crying will generate little to no sympathy.

If he was a semi decent looking white woman, his cash app would be flooded right now, with plenty of men lowering their dikk to help her out of dire straits… but for us, we will never have that luxury nor should we. This country was built for CACs, especially white women.

We are resilient people…. No other group has gone through what we have and have still survived. They’ve tried all kinds of genocide and we’re still alive and breathing.

What he needs to do next is start looking at a trade, skill, diploma. This is the time to start making moves. If your circle isn’t about making money, find a new one. If you’re surrounded by Losers, there’s a high chance you are. Ear hustle with the winners, find out how they make their money, try and find an entry level position, work your way up.

I don’t want to be too long winded but that’s what I had to do straight out of college. No one would was going to give me a helping hand, I had to hustle and grind my way to the top whilst being broke for years and living in a shytty apartment. Now I can retire today if wanted and know my children and grandchildren will be set for life.

Imma ask you again.

How do you know the breh in the video is working a warehouse job?

How do you know that he didn't go to school, study a profession and enter a career which he now hates to do as it's now taxing on him?

You seem to have this misconception that people who don't like or cry about their jobs are only working low end bullshyt jobs :mjtf:

We need to love on our people more esp the poor (If y'all are so abundant, then help the poor), because this bootstrap/capitalistic mindset ain't working for a lot of people. Folks breaking down and shooting themselves into a early grave. You can make "all the right decisions", and end up in a place you don't expect, that is life.

People need to really count their blessings. Poverty and hardships is relative.

I’m not saying the system isn’t designed to create an underclass, but if you’re born in a western country, you have won the lottery. If you have your health, you’ve won the lottery. If you have the luxury to film yourself crying in a car, YOU HAVE WON THE LOTTERY.

People need to really put things into perspective. We have access to resources that people are dying in boats to come over and get a piece of. There’s a reason why. If you’re broke in the land of milk and honey, you need to reevaluate where you’re going wrong.

Because despite the hurdles put in front of us, there’s still plenty of ways to thrive.

Stop speaking that Bootstraps, you're a Republican :troll:

I decided a long time ago that I'm going to do what I want to do in this life. I never fell for the whole "I'm hard working and honorable" bullshyt lol. It pays to think for yourself. Work smart, be frugal, and get established before having kids. Everyone spends money on shyt that they don't need, paying down someone else's mortgage, and end up like this guy; burnt out and miserable. Black people especially have to be very careful about how they approach life, because this system is set up to hold us back. I worked at a factory when I was 18. One day, I saw a woman, maybe in her late 30s, crying and being consoled in the lunchroom. I had the distinct feeling that she was crying because she hated working there. I went to college shortly after that experience.

I've also decided that I'm not going to give my hard earned money away to a landlord. People are ashamed to live with family and save money, so they end up like the guy in the op, At work all day living paycheck to paycheck, all so you could impress some broke down ass woman. Some of y'all got trapped. "I do it for my family" Man, you should've gotten established first. Better yet, don't have kids. Now you don't have any breathing room to get the job you want. Employers with horrible jobs love you guys. Don't ignore the torture right in front of your face and think it's normal because everyone's doing it. These people made all sorts of bad decisions and are now forced to work for pennies in horrible conditons with no end in sight.

Black people need to stop leaving home on a bad foundation. Live with family, take a loong time to figure out what you can do that isn't torturous, stack, buy property, and work on your own terms.
