Can't see any judge awarding a man full custody based on a woman being caught in bed with another man, especially if they aren't married..

The kid being on the ground is bad, but I don't think that one incident would be sufficient enough to grant the father full custody.

There has to be a pattern of child neglect. Basically, the mom has to be egregiously neglectful for her to lose custody.
