Yeah manufactured sugars are very addictive just like drugs. It is literally the reason we have an obesity problem in this country. Substituting natural sugars is a good way to get off the manufactured stuff. Molasses is another good substitute for crystal manufactured sugars.Yeah this is the problem once I eat any sugar I have to over indulge or I’m literally irritable without it. I was able to cut out regular soda/pop but that’s it and I don’t eat ice cream.
More protein through meals or snacks……They aren’t but it takes a lot to get me full it’s a meal.

I just started counting my calories last week. Finally doing this thing called "cutting".. I'm a "fit" looking dude but I started noticing a tiny bulge around my abs and was like wait a damn minute
Was getting outta hand with the pizza and Taco bell every other night..
It's wild how unaware we are to how many calories we consume daily
The sauna isn’t good for sperm count.its eating at night that gets you. try to cut that out, get your food in earlier.
try filling up on water at night instead. i find some time in the sauna helps my fight hunger at night. hit the sauna last thing at the gym and then i just feel thirsty after instead of hungry. makes it easier to fill up with just water
