Yeah this is the problem once I eat any sugar I have to over indulge or I’m literally irritable without it. I was able to cut out regular soda/pop but that’s it and I don’t eat ice cream.
Yeah manufactured sugars are very addictive just like drugs. It is literally the reason we have an obesity problem in this country. Substituting natural sugars is a good way to get off the manufactured stuff. Molasses is another good substitute for crystal manufactured sugars.

Have you tried a liquid diet or eating once a day?

Also there are lots of low carb crackers which will fill you up all day but contain barely any calories. Try those.

I drink coffee all day and eat once a day when I want to lose weight. 100% effective for me.

I just started counting my calories last week. Finally doing this thing called "cutting".. I'm a "fit" looking dude but I started noticing a tiny bulge around my abs and was like wait a damn minute


Was getting outta hand with the pizza and Taco bell every other night..

It's wild how unaware we are to how many calories we consume daily

its eating at night that gets you. try to cut that out, get your food in earlier.

try filling up on water at night instead. i find some time in the sauna helps my fight hunger at night. hit the sauna last thing at the gym and then i just feel thirsty after instead of hungry. makes it easier to fill up with just water

excercise too
The sauna isn’t good for sperm count.

all jokes aside OP because I know a few kats will simply roast you, here's a few tips

only eat when you are hungry, do NOT eat out of boredom, and don't eat just to feel better if you are emotional, for example don't eat because you're sad or stressed

don't eat late at night AT ALL, you should be done eating by 7pm, 8pm at the latest

I'm skinny gang, but when I wanted to lose weight back in 2006 or 2007 I tried the South Beach Diet and it worked like a charm. I simplified the South Beach Diet too, because I didn't feel like being fancy every day.

If you are taking medicine that makes you hungry talk to your doctor, same if you are taking medicine that makes you gain weight regardless of your diet

of course you already know things like drink plenty of water and exercise

also, again this is common knowledge but as far as you're concerned OP... soda and alcohol are the devil, even diet soda and light beer

I'm the opposite. I hate eating. It's such a chore. I really don't understand people like OP. Being full is a top 5 woat feeling in life to me.

I used to get down at social gatherings then have immediate regrets.
