He said “if I wanted vanilla in a cake, I would have asked for vanilla in the cake” as a response to her asking if he was disappointed. Maybe you like dating people that are rude about the things you do for them but couldn’t be me.

Even if I HATED something my husband made for me I definitely wouldn’t make him feel bad for adding extra to it especially when I’ve eaten it before & liked it.

Ok I get it but still...:heh: Why did she put the vanilla in the middle anyways... He said chocolate on chocolate.. :dead:

Don't do that sh*t.. He asked for a simple double chocolate cake. Expound on what goes on in your mind that would make you think its ok to add something that wasn't wanted?

Them not saying “don’t add anything else” let’s me know it’s okay. I’ve been right 100% of the time. Everybody I’ve made cakes/deserts for has asked me to do it multiple times.

Seems like she’s made it before and he liked it, so she thought it would be okay. he didn’t even say it was nasty he literally only ate half a slice because “it’s not what he wanted for his birthday” even though he likes the cake. :dead:

Double chocolate cake.. Why I got to say don't add nothing else? You know damn well you won't accept this.. Why do it to someone else?

Nah. The situation is men tolerate behavior to get some pu$$y.. Over time, the thrill leaves and what he tolerated in the beginning, he's not willing to tolerate that sh*t anymore.

Whole incident is indicative of a bigger issue of communication and control between the both of them and he took this chance to say he's had enough...othetwishe he would have waited until the next time she wants to make something for him to be exact and say no substitutions

Am I in the fukking Twilight Zone?
He asked for a chocolate cake, and she decided to make him what she wanted him to have. Y’all don’t see a problem there?
Small things lead to bigger things, if she can’t respect his wishes on a simple birthday cake than how can he trust her to respect his wishes on more serious matters?

He could stand to work on his communication skills though.
