My question is why isn't all this type of stuff not required to be hashed out before hand by law? Like you should have to go to the courthouse and have someone sit-down and TELL you to sign a pre-nup. it shouldn't even be in the hands of the couple. An outside person should determine this stuff before the marriage license is given.
