I took this for granted. I was remote but made shyt to take a good paying but 4 day in office job.
Spent so much on work attire, dry cleaning, transportation, but the small talk and conversations dawg. I can’t take it

How have i never seen this thread 
Been WFH gang since '18 was only 3 times a pay period tho, suits with more potent lapels than mine hated on expanding it but since they experimented with our group we kept ours while others had just once a week when they rolled it out to other depts. My Mgr was like nah we keeping it as it is. Then dat 'demic hit so they pretty much just mimicked wha we did, now I only show up in the office once a week
and that started beginning of the year

I used to pride myself on being fresh and fly out here in these streets. I used to buy new clothes at least twice a month.
I haven't bought any new clothes since January 2020

Pay is superb, which I guess works in their favor because I'm using it on drugs to numb my mind and cope with this shyt
So I got tired of complaining about being fully remote in this thread and got a new hybrid job. A hefty pay raise, but I have to move to a new city, so we will see how this goes 
reading it’s getting spooky with employers advertising jobs as remote then extending offers where there’s a weekly in office

My job is 100% work from home and it's glorious. No set hours as long as you make meetings and get client requests done as well as other longer-term projects. Absolute heaven. Sometimes we could go weeks without any specific client requests.
