Me and my team are fully remote but they want new hires in the corporate offices (southeast and northeast HQ). Problem is that talent is everywhere and the two HQ states don't have the supply just off population.
Leadership gotta decide between a local 7 or a remote 10....but some companies will make illogical decisions just maintain control.

Wfh is dope. My job is sales so I made better sales this week than last (commission). Peak season is ending.

When I'm at home I'm basically on call
I can't believe I'm actually getting paid for these days.
I took one call in the morning and had nothing else to do the rest of the day. It was like having a day off but getting paid for it

My job just laid off a lot of ppl. I'm safe because I've been here only 6 months but that's a flag to get as much experience as possible and start looking in another 6 plus my PM's a micro-aggressive bıtch.
